Our PE lessons this term are all about peace, relaxation and concentrated breathing exercises. Yoga is performed both slowly and quietly without the need to think for anyone else but ourselves. We have mastered the Sun Salutation which involves a series of stretches with 5 positions held. The children are now very good at this as you can see from the images. We have now gone on to include other positions in the routine; some are more trickier than others but everyone is so willing to give it a go.
