Year 1 Hold Parliament!

Recently, Year 1 had the opportunity to work with Ian from KIC Theatre on our Parliaments and Prime Ministers topic. We acted out what an election would look like and how the public have to decide between a few different parties. We then elected our own Prime Minister and debated some topics in the House of Commons. The children were so diplomatic and respectful of each other, all the adults commented on how lovely it was to watch!
