Year 5 have been lucky enough to spend lots of time with their buddies this week. We took part in buddy reading on Monday whilst enjoying the beautiful sunshine. It has to be mentioned how amazing the Ducklings are at reading and how they respond to their buddies comprehension questions. It has been wonderful to see the progress over the course of the year.
On Wednesday we all headed to Sunny Sands to take part in beach school with Mr O'Neon. The children explored natures classroom and enjoyed our beautiful local area. The sun was shining so most of the children decided to cool off by paddling in the sea. It was wonderful to watch the children enjoying spending time with each other. We cooled off with a tasty ice-lolly!
What a fantastic way to spend the morning!
